Kristin Gladfelter Johnson

My career in marketing, public relations and publishing spans over eighteen years, providing a unique 360° view that few marketing professionals in the travel industry have—from both a media and luxury hotel perspective.

My most recent role was in public relations & marketing management for Fairmont Raffles Hotels & Resorts, managing strategic communications, media relations, marketing collateral development, content management, email marketing, art direction, as well as social media & reputation management.

Prior to Fairmont, I had a successful fourteen year tenure at Spa Magazine—with successive promotions from Advertising Director to Associate Publisher during various ownership changes.

My extensive travels, and experience in the luxury hotel, marketing, online & print publishing fields will help your business flourish.

I specialize in media relations, social media, strategic planning, copy writing and art direction.

I have been a member of International Spa Association since 1997. I served on task force/committees in 2009 and 2012.
